What are the shipping & delivery delays?
Orders are always posted within the next 2-3 working days. Here’s an estimation of the transit time:
- LUXEMBOURG: 1-2 working days
- FR / BE / DE / NL: 3-7 working days
- EUROPE: 7-10 working days
- WORLD: usually around 14 working days
what cost are the shipping fees?
- LUXEMBOURG: 2€ / priority letters + no tracking
- EUROPEAN UNION: 3,50€ / priority letter + tracking
- REST OF THE WORLD: 7€ / normal letter + tracking
- FREE SHIPPING for orders above 50€
How do I receive my digital downloads?
Digital goods such as ebooks and courses are immediately downloadable as soon as your payment has been processed. Just follow the instructions on your screen.
You may find all your downloads and order history in your account’s page.
