About the Shop Products
For a detailed description of the products, you may refer to the according product description. You will only receive the products described in the description box. Please note that any decorations or backgrounds as seen in the pictures are not included in your purchase.
Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped worldwide with Post Luxembourg, to the destinations mentioned in this article.
Except for preorders or if stated explicitly on the shop article’s page, orders are always posted within the next 2-3 working days (please refer to the Luxembourgish calendar for any holiday dates). In case the shop owner is on a longer vacation, a store mention with the dates will appear at the top of the website.
In usual times, you can receive your orders within those time frames with a priority letter with Post Luxembourg:
- Luxembourg: 1-2 working days
- France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands: 3-7 working days
- Europe: 7-10 working days
- Rest of the world: may take up to 14 working days
Shipping fees have a fixed rate of 2€ for Luxembourg and are sent as priority letters, no tracking as the delay is usually 1 working day.
International shipping for European Union countries & rest of the world: fixed rate of 3,50€, with priority letter + tracking option for European Union Countries.
Shipping is free for any order starting 50€.
sabrinakaufmann.com may not be held responsible for any delay due to external circumstances beyond our control (eg. strikes, economical crisis, …)

Digital goods such as ebooks and courses are immediately downloadable as soon as your payment has been processed.
You may return an item purchased in the shop and ask for a gift voucher of the same amount (excluding shipping fees) or a full refund (excluding shipping fees), within 14 days after receiving the product. The shipping fees for the return are at the expense of the buyer who returns the products. Please see the next section for the return procedure.
14 days of delivery for a full refund, in their original package as your received them. The buyer pays for the return shipping fees.
NOT accepted for returns are:
- Original artwork
- Surprise packages
- Any separate product that was initially part of a package (eg. a single postcard from a 3x set)
- Any item which was signed, or containts a special mention or illustration, which is usually not included in the original version
- Digital downloads
- Damaged items upon return, if they haven’t been properly protected by the buyer (a photo of the good before being returned is mandatory)
- Gift items received for free through giveaways on sabrinakaufmann.com and its social media
- Gifts received by another person – a buying ticket through sabrinakaufmann.com is mandatory
Please contact Sabrina Kaufmann at email@example.com with the following info:
- A photo of the product as you have received it
- An explanation for your refund request. In case the product is damaged, please include the details and photos where the damage is visible.
- A copy of your purchase email or order number
- Your prefered refund option (bank info or Paypal)
We will recontact you within the next 3 business days to confirm your request. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the returning shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that no refund will be issued before we’ve received the product back, so we highly recommend adding a tracking option to avoid losing a package. In case any damage has been done to the product due to bad packaging or any other circumstance, changing the product’s aspect in any way possible compared to the photographies you sent us before shipping the product back, we retain the right not to refund it.
